Process was great! I made a deposit for pick up. When I picked up the bouncy house, the rest of the amount was secured on their end. Pick up was smooth. Drop off was smoother. I pulled up when no one was there called the number after a couple of rings. The owner answered and opened the garage door digitally. I dropped the bouncy house inside and left. Couldn’t ask for better besides communication through the number provided.
The unicorn bounce house was a huge hit at my 5 year olds birthday party. I love the pickup option with 48 hour rental.
