How far in advance should I make my reservation?
You should make your reservations as soon as possible. Moon Bounces are very poplar and sometimes we are booked up weeks and even months in advance. Saturdays are our most popular rental days.

When is payment due?
A $30 non-refundable* deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be applied to your credit card on the date of your event, or it can also be paid on-site at the time of delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, company or personal checks (made payable to Bouncy Rentals ) and cash.
*A 100% refund of your deposit will be made if your reservation is canceled due to inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc.)

How many children fit in the bounce house?
Do you set up in parks?
Yes. Where applicable, you will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits. A generator may need to be used as well, as not all park locations have electricity. We provide generators for an additional $75 per day. If you use your own generator, it must have a spark-arresting muffler.

How much room is needed for a bounce house? What surfaces can the bounce house be set up on?
You will need to provide a level area of about 15 x 20 with an overhead clearance of 18 feet for our units. Combo Units and slides will require a space of 20 x 20 with an overhead clearance of 18 feet.
Our units can be set up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt, and even indoor gymnasiums. During checkout please specify which surface the bounce house will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.
Do you deliver and set up the bounce? Yes. We deliver, set up and take the unit away when the designated time has come. We also insure that the units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up.

What is the rental period? Typically, our bounce units are rented on a daily basis for a period of 4 hours. Prices are not pro-rated for shorter rental periods. We can also set up for an overnight occasion or two-day rental.
What time do you deliver and pick-up the moon bounce? You decide on the specific rental time and we'll be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before the start time of your event. We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact pick-up time is crucial, just let us know.
What is your Delivery Policy?
Due to a high volume of weekend rentals, we have a 20-mile delivery radius. Deliveries beyond the 20-mile radius are charged at flat fee of $25 and confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Bouncy Rentals reserves the right to not delivery beyond our 20-mile radius. Most of the areas that we cover have NO delivery fee. You can check the box below to see if we deliver to your area.

If your event is cancelled, simply let us know before the scheduled delivery date/time and we'll promptly cancel your reservation. A refund of your deposit will be made ONLY if your reservation is canceled due inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc.).
Bouncy Rentals reserves the right to cancel delivery on short notice if it is determined that weather will be a factor in the safety of the participants or harmful to the equipment in any way.

Absolutely! As long as all the rules outlined in the operator safety acknowledgement form are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe. We will request your signature on this form and give you a copy on the day of the delivery.
We securely stake the base of all inflatables into the ground. Four 50-200 lb. sand bags secured within commercial-grade duffle bags are used for surfaces such as packed gravel, cement or asphalt where stakes cannot be used.
