How do I know if the inflatable I am interested in renting is available?

Our dynamic real-time automated reservation system will tell you if the product is available based on the date and location of your event. Click here to set your Date & Location.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

You should make your reservations as soon as possible.  Moon Bounces are very popular and sometimes we are booked up weeks and even months in advance. Saturdays are our most popular rental days.

Payment Due and Cancelation Policy

Payment: A $30 non-refundable* deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.  The remaining balance will be applied to your credit card on the date of your event, or it can also be paid on-site at the time of delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,  company checks (made payable to Bouncy Rentals ) and cash.

Cancelation: *A 100% refund of your deposit will be made if your reservation is canceled due to inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc.)
Please call as early as possible if you need to cancel for weather or any other reason. No refunds of any kind will be made if the event is canceled with less than 48 hours from the event date and start time.Once we´ve set up, we do not give refunds for any reason including weather.

How many children fit in the bounce house?




Do you set up in parks?

Yes. Where applicable, you will be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits.  A generator may need to be used as well, as not all park locations have electricity.  We provide generators for an additional $70 per day.  If you use your own generator, it must have a spark-arresting muffler and must be at least 3500 watt. How much room is needed for a bounce house? What surfaces can the bounce house be set up on?

You will need to provide a level area of about 15 x 20 with an overhead clearance of 18 feet for our units. Combo Units and slides will require a space of 20 x 20 with an overhead clearance of 18 feet.  

Our units can be set up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt, and even indoor gymnasiums. During checkout please specify which surface the bounce house will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.


Do you deliver and set up the bounce?     
Yes. We deliver, set up and take the unit away when the designated time has come.  We also insure that the units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up.


What is the rental period?                                                                                                                          
Typically, our bounce units are rented on a daily basis for a period of 4 hours, but you can choose to extend your rental by adding extra hours . Prices are not pro-rated for shorter rental periods. We can also set up for an overnight occasion or two-day rental.

What time do you deliver and pick-up the moon bounce?                                                        
You decide on the specific rental time and we'll be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before the start time of your event.  We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact pick-up time is crucial, just let us know.
